The Toxi Series of compact, rugged and affordable single-sensor gas detectors offers a wide range of features and capabilities designed to provide our customers with exactly the amount of information they require. Toxi Series detectors are housed in rugged, compact, metal-plated ABS cases which are completely sealed against the elements.

  • True one button operation: All procedures necessary for day-to-day operation, including automatic calibration adjustment are controlled through the single On/Off "Mode" button.
  • Compact size: Small enough to clip into a shirt pocket, Toxi Series detectors weigh less than 4.5 oz.
  • Rugged case: The metal-plated ABS case is completely sealed against the elements and designed to provide maximum protection against radio frequency interference.
  • Convenience of disposable batteries: Each set of 3 easily changed AAA alkaline batteries provides months of continuous operation.
  • Optional vibrator alarm: An optional internally-housed vibrator alarm allows the detector to be used even in high noise environments.
  • Automatic calibration adjustment: "One Button" Auto Calibration is available any time while in normal operation. All you have to do is press the "Mode" button, attach the adaptor, and flow gas to the sensor. All the adjustments are made automatically.
  • Choice of sensors: Toxi Series detectors are available to monitor for a wide variety of common atmospheric hazards. Choose from substance-specific sensors for the detection of O2, CO, H2S, SO2, Cl2, NH 3, NO, NO2, or Biosystems' dual-purpose "CO Plus" sensor for the simultaneous detection of both CO and H2S.
  • Standard Accessories: Every Toxi Series detector comes complete with a padded weather cover, alligator clip and lanyard, belt clip, calibration adaptor, batteries, Reference Manual and Quick Reference Card. Besides the accessories listed above, Toxi Ultra accessories also include a comprehensive training video.
