The TurtleSkin® Disturbance Control Gloves provide unparalleled cut and puncture resistance at half the weight of old fashioned gloves. With lightweight and flexible EVA foam covered with TurtleSkin® Protective Materials over the forearm, hands, knuckles and fingers, the DCG's provide increased protection against bites, needles, shanks and other weapons. The DCG's are not cut or puncture proof but compared to other products, provide more comprehensive protection. The gloves are being used by correctional facilities, sheriff's departments and police response teams for large-scale disturbance control and forced cell moves.
