Uvex Safety, A Division of Bacou USA Safety, Inc. in collaboration with Dr. Herbert Wertheim, a visual research scientist, optometrist and the founder of Brain Power Incorporated, the largest manufacturer of optical tints, have created uvex Pcvision eyewear with EVA Enhanced Visual Amplification lens technology for computer use.

While computers have made many jobs easier, the constant focusing and refocusing required of a computer forces the human eye to do things they were never designed to do. Pcvision eyewear with EVA filter lenses reduces this visual information overload by either reducing or enhancing selected light frequencies passing through the eyes. EVA lenses enhance the contrast of images on a computer screen by filtering surrounding light, thereby reducing computer glare and reflections. By reducing distracting light sources, Pcvision will reduce eyestrain and fatigue associated with extended periods of computer use and reduce the number of employee complaints.

Uvex Pcvision features:
3 EVA lens tints; EVA peach, EVA rose or EVA sandlewood
Fashionable and comfortable frame styles: uvex surfer, uvex webmaster, uvex networker, uvex navigator, and clip-ons.
