Vehicle Fleet Management System

E-track is a vehicle fleet management system that provides access to the vital data needed in today's fleet management environment. It allows customers to enter all vehicle inventory and operating data for their fleet and it provides everything from inventory profiles, operating cost comparisons, replacement summaries, mile-per-gallon (MPG) summaries and preventative maintenance alerts. The software also provides added value through its processes that can analyze the stored data and turn it into meaningful reports and graphs for efficient fleet management.

This system's primary components are vehicle, driver and accident information. These 3 core components are used in complementary ways to derive almost all of the requirements necessary to manage a vehicle fleet effectively. Many secondary support modules have been developed to support proprietary data feeds for parts inventory, garage management, fuel card data, lessor service data and vehicle service data. With this product, users can have multiple vendors providing many outsourced services with E-track comparing and consolidating those activities. It can be configured for small and large vehicle fleets.
