Web-based Application for Reporting Workers' Compensation Claims

MountainView Software Corporations a new web-based product for entering First Reports of Injury and OSHA 200 reports. The product includes state-specific information, and allows users to view and print the state form from their workspace.

The manufacturer states that data entered into the application can be imported into any claim management system, and users are able to send their claims over the web to TPAs, insurance companies, and branch offices. In addition, users pay for the product only as they use it. According to the manufacturer, for a small per-claim fee, users can enter, view, print, and electronically submit their workers' compensation claims.

The application includes the First Report of Injury form for all 50 states.
