The ERGOS Static and Dynamic Strength Measurement Component testing provides measurement of left side-right side body
The ERGOS Static and Dynamic Strength Measurement Component testing provides measurement of left side-right side body strength, while working through a three-trial protocol that measures maximum voluntary effort, sustained effort, and pounds of effort simultaneously. The eight-position, three-trial protocol provides therapists immediate feedback to compare against Department of Labor DOT standards and National Institute of Safety and Health (NIOSH) guidelines. Color graphs of each position provide strength curves detailing left side, right side, left/right average, and overall average.

This unit features an industrially designed lifting box using real weight from 10 to 120 lb. Detailed velocity curves identify ascending (miometric) movement and descending (pliometic) movement from floor to industrial bench and shelf height. Integrated static and dynamic software establishes accurate differences between the two testing procedures, which then indicates the probable recovery range for workers. Work therapy (conditioning and hardening) can then be targeted to real job expectations through strengthening and education.
