Tom N. Petersen, P.E. – Tom is President of Environmental and Engineering Solutions, Inc. located in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. He has 22 years of environmental engineering and health and safety experience in compliance, project management, strategic planning, and environmental control systems design. His services have included work in 22 states for commercial facilities and for the chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and surface coating, electronics, food, metals, automotive, and other industries.

Jeffery L. Rezin – Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the management of environmental affairs, health, safety, and manufacturing supervision. His experience includes environmental management system implementation, laboratory management, recycling/pollution prevention, environmental auditing, due diligence auditing, technical service management, MSDS systems development, new product development, manufacturing planning, green and brown field facility siting, economic analysis, construction management, operational startup of a manufacturing facility, and specification development. He has worked directly with customers in automotive, medical, consumer products, manufacturing, energy generation, government and industry associations. He is also a Leading Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
Jeffrey D. Hallett – Jeff is Deputy Director for Electronic Warfare Associates' Performance and Security Engineering Division in Herndon, Virginia. He and his group have pioneered new approaches to automated environmental and security information management, combining real-time process monitoring and sensor systems, telemetry, database, and Web technologies. Jeff is a certified ISO 14000 Lead Auditor and a Computer Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and is currently assisting both government and private sector customers in the deployment of Web-based EMS using EWA's BrytePath EMS implementation tool.
